Pricing.

  • Pricing is based on the Collection selected and the number of people appreciated at the event.
  • Connect with an expert for the minimum spend amounts required for domestic and international programs.
  • Please note: Sales/logistics tax is not included in this price and will be based on the shipping location for all products delivered on-site.

Branded Accessories.

  • Branded accessories are customizable, affordable add-ons that complement our Collections and reinforce your appreciation.
  • Microfiber cleaning cloths and pouches help keep people’s sunglasses clean and protected. This branded accessory can be personalized with either a logo, text, or image.
  • Customizable shoe bags are useful for travel and storage. This branded accessory can be
    personalized with a three-color print of your logo.
  • The lead time for all branded accessories is 6 weeks.

Gifting Options.

  • Our team forecasts trends and reviews feedback to recommend premium products and curate each Collection with care. For all on-site programs, we monitor inventory and bring a strategic overage, so everyone is appreciated with a gift of their choice at your event.
  • For people who miss us on-site, our Online Gifting Platform offers an expanded selection of
    premium products for redemption at their convenience.
  • Post-event codes are subject to a domestic sales tax, logistics fee, and drop-ship fee.
  • Please note: Not all categories have online availability. Please confirm with your Business
    Development Manager if your gifting category is offered online.

On-site Experts.

  • Cultivate will make recommendations for gift timing and the number of On-site Staff based on your program details.
  • Any requests that fall outside of our recommendations may be subject to additional fees.
  • If an On-site Gifting program falls within our parameters and takes place in a location where we have local staff, there will not be any staffing fees.
  • On-site Gifting programs in locations where we do not have local staff will be subject to travel-related staffing fees.

Travel Expenses.

  • Travel and logistics fees for locations where we do not have local staff, including international ones, vary based on the number of staff required and the event's destination.
  • The client is responsible for the necessary lodging at the host hotel.
  • For international destinations, the client is also responsible for transportation to and from the airport.
  • Except for lodging and transportation, we cover all incidentals for the Cultivate Event team.

Lodging.

  • The client is responsible for lodging expenses for the Cultivate Event team. Our staff will fly in the day prior to the event to confirm setup and final details.
  • The number of On-site Experts, as well as the number of rooms and nights, will depend on the number of people attending the event, gifting times, and flight schedules.
  • Please note: Gifting times and attendee arrival flow may drastically change lodging needs.

Lead Times.

  • For domestic programs, our team requires a minimum lead time of 10 days* from the contract signature to the event date.
  • Please note: To qualify for the 10-day lead time, some exclusions will apply. 
  • For international programs, our team requires a minimum lead time of 60 days from the contract signature to the event date.
  • Please note: For international programs, customs and duty paperwork must be submitted 45 days prior to the product's in-hands date. The above timelines do not account for programs gifting branded accessories that require additional lead time.

Shipping.

  • The client is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the event location.
  • All products will be shipped from the closest distribution center to the event location.
  • The client is also responsible for all hotel handling, storage, and security fees. Shipping includes round-trip shipping of inventory, display merchandise, and all other items needed to execute an On-site Gifting program.
